Winter Wednesdays

Wrap up warm to enjoy a mid-winter treat with Winter Wednesdays at Te Nukuao Wellington Zoo! Visit the Zoo any Wednesday in August and get 1/2 price standard adult and child entry.

While you can purchase tickets on the day, if you choose to pre-book your tickets, you'll also go into the draw to WIN a Giraffe Close Encounter for 2*!

Child tickets are valid for children 14 and under. Children under 3 are free. 

As per the terms on conditions (linked on the booking form), tickets are not able to be refunded, transferred or sold, so please select your day of visit carefully. 

*Visitors who pre-book at least one Winter Wednesday ticket online before the end of the promotion will be entered into a draw to win a Giraffe Close Encounter for 2. There will be one winner, and they will be contacted by email after the promotion (1st week of September 2024).
