Zoo is home to living fossils and animals old enough to be fossils! Help us
care for some of our older, wiser residents while making your own ancient fossils
to take home.
Help your toddler celebrate the wonders of animals at Wellington Zoo's Wild Start programme. Specially designed for kids aged 18 months - 4 years, these 45 minute interactive play based learning sessions are led by our Zoo Educators.
Each week's sessions will be different encouraging your child to explore more of the world around them, with your help.
